Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bloxstash (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. What Bloxstash Is

Bloxstash operates two distinct services under one platform:

• Peer-to-peer trade advertisements — Users post listings showing which BloxStrike in-game items they offer and which items they want in return. Bloxstash does not facilitate, mediate, or guarantee these trades. All arrangements are made directly between users, typically via Discord.
• Item marketplace — Users deposit BloxStrike in-game items via our Roblox bot. Deposited items are credited to a platform inventory, can be listed for sale at a price denominated in real currency (GBP), and can be purchased by other users using their store balance. Sellers receive earnings that can be withdrawn to a bank account or via cryptocurrency. This service involves real monetary transactions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the trade advertisement features. To use any marketplace feature involving real money — including depositing funds, purchasing items, or withdrawing earnings — you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using financial features you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request verification and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4. Accounts

You must sign in via Roblox OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account, use another person's account, or attempt to access accounts that do not belong to you. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for violations of these terms or for any conduct harmful to the platform or other users.

5. Platform Balance & Funds

Your store balance and earnings balance are platform credits representing real monetary value. The following conditions apply:

• Balances are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside of the withdrawal mechanism we provide
• We reserve the right to freeze or forfeit your balance if your account is suspended or terminated for violating these terms, including in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or abuse
• Balances do not accrue interest and are not protected by any deposit guarantee scheme
• We do not guarantee the availability of any specific withdrawal method at any given time
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing fees apply as displayed in the platform at time of withdrawal

6. Payments, Fees & Chargebacks

All card payments are processed by Stripe. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed by NOWPayments. By making a payment you agree to their respective terms of service.

A processing fee applies to marketplace purchases, displayed clearly before checkout. Membership subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except where required by law.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or bank in respect of any transaction on our platform, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account, freeze your balances, and recover the equivalent disputed value from any balance held on the platform. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Membership

A paid Member subscription unlocks enhanced platform limits including higher trade ad posting rates, longer listing durations, additional crosshair upload slots, and a highlighted listing appearance. Membership is billed as a recurring monthly subscription via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are issued. We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with reasonable notice.

8. Item Deposits & Withdrawals

Items are deposited and withdrawn via an automated Roblox bot operating within the BloxStrike game. By initiating a deposit or withdrawal you acknowledge the following:

• The bot is dependent on third-party infrastructure (Roblox) and may experience delays or failures outside our control
• You are responsible for ensuring items are correct before confirming a deposit
• We are not liable for items lost due to errors in the Roblox platform or actions by Roblox Corporation
• Deposited items become subject to these terms and cannot be reclaimed outside of the normal withdrawal process

9. Peer-to-Peer Trades

Trade advertisements are user-generated listings. Bloxstash is not a party to any trade arranged through a listing. We do not verify the accuracy of listings, guarantee that trades will be completed, or accept any liability for losses arising from peer-to-peer trades. You trade entirely at your own risk. Any exchange of real money, gift cards, or external currency in connection with in-game items is done outside our platform and at your sole risk; we expressly disclaim all liability for such arrangements.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Scam, harass, or deceive other users
• Abuse, exploit, or attempt to manipulate the platform's pricing, balances, or bot systems
• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the Service without our written permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or rate limits
• Engage in money laundering or use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Violate Roblox's Terms of Use or BloxStrike's rules in connection with your use of this platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure

11. Third-Party Affiliations

Bloxstash is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation, the developers of BloxStrike, or Discord Inc. All game titles, item names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Our use of these names is solely for descriptive purposes.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or that item prices reflect any real-world or in-game market value.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bloxstash and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to Bloxstash in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £50. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users or the platform, or is required by law. Upon termination, any outstanding balance may be subject to review before release, particularly in cases involving suspected fraud or chargebacks.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
